At Vest Impress, we want you to be happy with your order.
Because many of our products are custom-made or made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
Custom and personalized items
Custom orders, personalized products, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Non-custom items
Non-custom, unused items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in original condition
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- custom or personalized items
- worn or used items
- items damaged after delivery
- final sale items
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
