Thank you for choosing Vest Impress for your custom hi-vis gear and workwear. We offer custom options to help bring your idea, company branding, crew design, or personal concept to life. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Free Proofing

Every custom order includes free proofing. We'll send you a design preview before production begins so you can review and approve your design with confidence.

Design Approval

Please review all spelling, wording, colors, and layout details carefully before approving your proof. Once a custom design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible.

Production Time

Custom orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity, proof approval, and order size. We'll communicate with you if additional time is needed.

Customer-Supplied Artwork

If you provide your own logo, design, or artwork, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use it. Vest Impress is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or usage issues related to customer-supplied materials.

Returns & Exchanges

Because custom items are made specifically for each order, all custom and personalized items are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
