Many of our products are made to order or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of that, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item, order size, and customization requested.


Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing before shipment. Custom or larger orders may take longer depending on the design and order details.


Shipping Time

After your order has been processed, shipping times will vary based on the carrier and destination. Standard shipping times are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.


Custom Orders

Custom orders may require additional time for design review, proof approval, and production. We will communicate with you if additional time is needed.


Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your order, it will be provided once your order has shipped.


Shipping Delays

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control. Vest Impress is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other transit-related issues.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vest Impress is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the issue.
